5 - TECHNICAL DATA

6 - INCONVENIENCES AND POSSIBLE REMEDIES
MALFUNCTION
The appliance doesn't work.
The appliance doesn't switch on.
The appliance only works for a small amount
of time.
The appliance doesn't cool efficiently.
The appliance is noisy and vibrates ex-
cessively.
Water leaks from the conditioner during
transport.
The display shows 'E1'.
The display shows 'E2'.
Do not try to repair the appliance by yourself.
If the problem has not been solved, please contact your local retailer or the closest assistance service.
Supply detailed information about the malfunction and the equipment version.

CAUSE
No power.
The plug has not been inserted.

In COOLING mode: environment tempera-
ture is lower than the set temperature

higher than the set one.
The temperature set is too close to ambient
temperature.

Suction of outside air is obstructed.
The air filters are clogged by dust, fluff or
animal hair.

The drain pipe not connected or it is clogged.

The appliance has a low level of refrigerant.

WHAT DO I DO?
Wait.
Insert the plug in the power socket.
The water collection tray is full. Switch off the
appliance, unload water from the collection
tray and then restart the appliance.

Lower the temperature set.

Remove the obstructions.
Call the Service Centre.
Switch off the appliance and clean the filters
following the instructions.

reconnect the drain pipe.

ance inspected and the refrigerant topped-up.
