COMPUTER DESCRIPTION
The computer supplied offers the greatest training comfort.
Every training-relevant value is shown in a corresponding
display.
The computer switches on by briefly pressing the [M] button or
simply starting training. From the start of training, the rowing
strokes, training time, distance, calories and pulse (optional) are
displayed. To change the display fields in the middle and lower
areas to time at 500m, ODO, total rowing strokes and rowing
strokes per minute, press the [M] button. All values are recorded
counting upwards from zero. A specific value for rowing strokes,
time, distance, calories and pulse can be specified using the [E]
button. If the specified value is reached, this is indicated by an
acoustic signal. To stop the computer, simply end the training.
The computer stops all measurements and records the last
values achieved. The last values achieved in the functions
training time, rowing strokes, distance, calories, ODO and total
rowing strokes are saved for 4 minutes and when training is
resumed, you can continue training from these values. The
computer switches off automatically approximately 4 minutes
after the end of the training.
DISPLAYS
[STROKES] Rowing strokes:
The current rowing strokes are always shown in the upper
display.
[TIME] Time:
The currently required time is shown in minutes and seconds.
[DIST] Distance:
The current number of kilometers covered is shown.
[CAL] Calories:
The current number of calories burned is shown in (Kcal).
[P] Pulse:
The current pulse is shown in beats per minute. (only when
using the optional Bluetooth heart rate belt.)
By pressing the [M] button, the middle and lower displays
change to:
[TIME/500M] Time for 500 meters:
The currently required time for 500 meters is shown in minutes
and seconds.
[ODO] Total distance:
The total distance of all training units is shown in kilometers.
The data in this display is only deleted when the batteries are
changed.
[TOTAL STROKES] Total rowing strokes:
The total number of rowing strokes completed in all training
sessions is displayed. The data in this display is only deleted
when the batteries are changed.
[SPM] Rowing strokes per minute:
The rowing strokes per minute are displayed.
BUTTONS
[E-Enter] button:
By pressing this button once, values can be specified in steps
for the individual functions. To do this, the desired function must
first be selected using the [M] button. Pressing it for a longer
period triggers a fast forward. At the start of training, the count is
then reduced from the specified values to zero.
[M-Mode] button:
By pressing the button briefly once, you can switch from one
function to another; i.e. select the respective function in which
you want to make entries using the [E] button. The display can
be changed during training.
[R-Reset] button:
By briefly pressing this button, the value selected with the [M]
button can be reset to zero. By pressing the button for a longer
period (approx. 3 seconds), all the most recently reached values
of all displays are deleted, except for total rudder strokes and
ODO.
PULSE RATE
Pulse belt pulse measurement
Optionally, you can use a compatible Bluetooth heart rate belt to
measure your heart rate (Christopeit-Sport heart rate belt 2209).
The measured pulse value is displayed in the heart rate display.
Response time is up to 60 seconds.
Attention! The heart rate measurement is not for medical
purposes suitable.
REPLACING THE BATTERIES
1.
Open the battery compartment cover and then remove
the used batteries.(If the batteries should leak remove
them under increased considering that the battery acid
is not into contact with skin come and clean the battery
compartment thoroughly.)
2.
Insert the new batteries (type (AAA) 1.5 V in the correct
order and taking into account the polarity in the battery
compartment and close the battery cover so that it clicks
into place.
3.
If the computer does not pick up immediately, the function
should batteries are removed for 10 seconds and
re-inserted.
4.
The empty batteries properly in accordance with the
disposal regulations disposed of and do not give residual
waste.
