ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them

on the floor and check roughly that all are there on the

base of the assembly steps. Please note that a number of

parts have been connected directly to the main frame and

preassembled. The screw material required for assembly is

located on the components to be assembled. This will make

it easier and quicker for you to assemble the equipment.

Assembly time: 25 - 30 min.

STEP 1

Assembly of the seat frames L+R (10+11) on the centre

support (21).

1. Insert the seat frame left and right (10+11) into the

corresponding mount on the centre support (21) so that the

holes in the seat frames (10+11) and the centre support

(21) are aligned. Then insert the M8x40 screws (60) from

the outside through the holes and screw them tight using

washers 8//16 (73), spring washers (97) and cap nuts M8

(72).

STEP 2

Assembly of the connecting frame (18) on the seat frame

left and right (10+11).

1. Guide the connecting frame (18) to the mounts between

the seat frames on the left and right (10+11) and screw it tight

using the M6x40 screws (81).

STEP 3

Assembly of the seat (76).

1. Unscrew the two end stops (51) at the end of the seat

frame (10+11) by removing the M6x16 screws (58).

2. Push the seat (76) onto the seat frame (10+11) in the

direction shown.

3. Then screw the two end stops (51) back on using the

M6x16 screws (58).
