STEP 4
Attach the computer (94) at computer holder (24).
94
1. Insert the batteries (Type AAA - 1.5V) onto the back of
the computer (94), observing the correct polarity. (Batteries
92
100
for the computer are not included in the scope of delivery.
Please purchase them from retailers.) Plug the two sensor
83
91
cables (83) into the corresponding connection sockets on the
computer (94).
24
2. Put the computer (94) onto the computer holder (24),
69
so that the holes pattern and screw it tight using the
M5x10 screw (69). The screws (69) for the computer are
pre-assembled on the backside of computer.
3. Unscrew the plastic screw connection on the back of the
tablet holder (92) to attach it to the holder (91) and tighten it.
STEP 5
Adjusting the footrests (39).
1. Sit on the seat. Slide your feet between the belt (77)
38
and footrest (39) so that the heel rests on the bottom edge.
77
If necessary, adjust the footrest (39) to suit your shoe size.
To do this, lift the upper part of the footrest (39) and re-insert
39
it in the holder (38) into the correct hole for your shoe size.
Secure the foot position by tightening the pedal securing
straps (77).
STEP 6
Refill the water tank (1).
1. Use tap water from a bucket to refill water tanks (1).
Remove the filling plug (5) from the water tank, insert the
flexible pipe end of the water pump (87) approx. 10 cm into
the water tank (1) and the rigid pipe end into the bucket with
water.
2. Turn on the screw cap and press the hand bellows to
pump the water into the tank (1). (If the bucket position is
On/Off
higher than the tank the water will flow automatically into the
5
tank after pressing some hand bellows. Turn off the screw
cap to interrupt the water flow.) After filling the tank (1), close
it again with the tank plug (5).The tank has a mark for the
max. water level. This maximum limit may not be exceeded.
87
Caution: If the tank (1) is overfilled, water will spill out during
transport and during training and may cause damage.
3. We recommend refill the water level slightly below max.
level, as this is the optimal rowing resistance given. The
desired intensity during training is freely selectable by the
speed of the rowing. For less water resistance you can
remove water from the tank by means of the hand pump (87)
by swapping the pipe ends of the hand pump.
1
4. Make sure the installation location is not exposed to direct
sunlight as this promotes algae growth in the tank.
CHECKS
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed
and plug connections. Installation is thereby complete.
2. When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the
machine at a low resistance setting and make your individual
adjustments.
Note: Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe
place as these may be required for repairs or spare parts
orders becoming necessary later.
