Place the vacuum bag with the prepared and vacuum-packed food in
the pot . Note that the water level must not exceed the MAX marking . If
required, ladle out the water with a cup .
NOTE

The vacuum bags should always be covered with water during operation .
If the vacuum bags float to the surface, weigh them down with a suitable
weight (e .g . a plate) .
Programming the appliance

To set the water temperature for the desired cooking process by degrees,
press the buttons + / –
