Description of the Appliance
The refrigerated cabinet, from now on defined as
appliance, has been designed and built to
preserve foodstuffs in the professional catering
ambit.
1) condensation area: it is positioned in the
upper part and is characterised by the
presence of the condensing unit.
2) electric area: it is positioned in the
upper/front part and contains the control
and power supply appliance as well as
electric wiring.
3) cooling/heating area: one is located in
the cell compartment of the cooling unit
and another in the heating unit.
4) storage area: it is situated under the
evaporating unit and is destined for
preservation of foodstuffs.
The upper part is distinguished by a dashboard
that allows accessibility to the electric parts.
In the front part there is one vertically-opening
door, which closes the refrigerated compartment
hermetically.
