■
Only approved accessory tools with the appropriate shaft diameter
may be used.
■
Observe the manufacturer's recommendation for small grinding
tools. The maximum permissible protrusion (L0 = length of the
shaft between the collet chuck end and the small grinding tool)
specified by the manufacturer must not be exceeded when using
small grinding tools! If the protrusion (L0) is increased, the permis-
sible rotation speed must be lowered. Wherever possible, insert
the complete length of the shaft of the accessory tool into the collet
chuck. Ensure that the clamping length (Lg) is at least 10 mm.
■
The shaft diameter of the accessory tool must exactly match the
clamp bore of the collet chuck!
Hazards in the workplace
■
Slipping, tripping up and falling are the main causes of injuries in
the workplace. Pay attention to surfaces that may have become
slippery from the use of the compressed air tool and tripping
hazards caused by air or the hydraulic hose.
■
Proceed with caution in unknown surroundings. Hidden hazards
caused by power or other supply lines may be present.
■
This compressed air tool is not suitable for use in explosive atmo-
spheres and is not insulated against contact with power sources.
■
Make sure (e.g. by using a metal detector) that there are no
hidden power, water or gas lines in the location where you are
working.
