ATTENTION
For 0°- 45° mitre cuts, only the clamping device (work-
piece clamp) on the right must be mounted.
Tool required:
• Allen key 3 mm (D)
1. Loosen the locking screw (8b) on the moveable stop
rails (8a) and push the moveable stop rails (8a) out-
wards.
2. The moveable stop rail (8a) must be locked in a po-
sition far enough from the inner position that the dis-
tance between the moveable stop rail (8a) and the
saw blade (6) is no more than 8 mm.
3. Before making the cut, check that no collision could
occur between the moveable stop rail (8a) and the
saw blade (6).
4. Tighten the locking screw (8b) again.
5. Move the saw head (4) to the upper position.
6. Loosen the rotary table (13) by loosening the locking
screw (7).
7. Use the handle (3) to adjust the rotary table (13) to
the desired angle
8. Retighten the locking screw (7) to lock the rotary ta-
ble in position.
9. Loosen the locking screw (23).
10. Use the handle (3) to tilt the saw head (4) to the left
to the desired angle (see also 11.2).
11. Retighten the locking screw (23).
12. Make a cut as described in 11.1.
11.6 Replacing the saw blade (6)

(30) and inner flange.
10. Insert the new saw blade (6) in the reverse sequence
and tighten.
11. Fold the saw blade guard (5) downwards until the
saw blade guard (5) engages in the fixing screw
(5a).
12. Re-tighten the fixing screw (5a).
ATTENTION
The cutting angle of the teeth, i.e. the direction of ro-
tation of the saw blade, must correspond to the direc-
tion of the arrow on the housing.
13. Before continuing work, check that the safety devices
are functioning properly.
ATTENTION
After each saw blade change, check that the saw
blade runs freely in the table inlay in vertical position
