● 2 x Isolator Keys ● 2 x 40 Amp Fuse
● 1 x 30 Amp Fuse ● 1 x 20 Amp Fuse
● 1 x 2.5 Amp Fuse ● Maxi Fuse-puller
● Traction Model 2 x 50 Amp Fuse
For Charger-less Model,
all the above plus:
● 1 x Charger Connector ● 2 x Charger
Connector Terminals ● 4 x Battery
Terminal Connectors ● 1 x Fuse Holder
Lift off top tank assembly to reveal battery
compartment.
Fit battery fuses (contained in start-up
pack) into the battery fuse holder
as illustrated.
Fit the isolator key and switch the
machine on (See below, TGB 4045/100,
4055/100, 4055/100T (Fig. A)
HGB 3045/55, HBG 3045/55 & TGB
3045/55 (Fig.D)
NOTE: Wear suitable gloves when
inserting fuses.

Less Battery Models - Numatic International Ltd recommends using Sonnenschein batteries for 3045 machines and
MK Batteries for 4045 and 4055 in the machines mentioned in this manual. For full battery spscifications see pages 34, 38, 42, 46

Ensure that no metal objects come into contact with battery terminals while the batteries
are exposed. When inserting the first fuse you may notice a spark, this is normal.
