Safety thermostat

The device is equipped with a safety thermostat.
When the baking chamber gets too hot, the thermostat comes on and shuts the entire
device off.
NOTE!
Disconnect the device from its power source.
Contact customer service or your sales agent.
Preparing food products
•
Set the main dial / time dial to approx. 10 minutes.
•
Depending on the type of cooking to be done, set the temperature 30° C higher than
the desired cooking temperature and preheat the device without food products
inside.
NOTE!
Before each use preheat the device thoroughly.
For baked goods, take special care to preheat the convection oven before placing
food products inside.
•
After the cooking time has expired a signal will sound and then shut off
automatically.
•
The device is ready to prepare food products.
•
Place the desired food products into appropriate GN containers or on baking trays,
then put them inside the cooking chamber on the grille.
•
After placing food products inside the convection oven, set the desired temperature
using the temperature dial.
•
Set the cooking time using the main dial / time dial.
•
For models with a multifunction dial, choose the appropriate function.
•
For models with steaming, press the steamer button for a few minutes or set the
steaming dial to the desired setting.
•
After the set time has expired (the time dial will be in the position marked „0"), the
device will shut off automatically.
•
To turn off the device when in constant cooking mode, turn the main dial / time dial
to the position marked „ " .
