In the following models steaming is automatically
controlled using the steamer dial :
206.781, 206.796.
The steamer dial can be used to regulate the amount of
steam generated (
cooking results.
Turn the steamer dial to the desired position.
Manual steaming can be activated by turning the
steaming dial counterclockwise to the position
marked „
".
Water flows until the steamer dial is placed back in the position marked „0".
By turning the steamer dial clockwise, steaming will take place at regular intervals.
If you do not want to use the steamer function, turn the steamer dial to the position
marked „0".
Special model
Convection oven 206.777 is equipped with a water container at the top for steaming.
Fill the water container. Open the flow of water by turning the tap counter clockwise
(see above picture – water flow open).
NOTE!
To limit build-up of deposits in the baking chamber use filtered water!
NOTE!
Open the water flow for just a short moment, otherwise excess water will gather at
the bottom of the convection oven.
