Door regulation
To regulate the door lock pressure, it is necessary to adjust the regulato of the same
door using the double function wrench (extraction tray + wrench) provided.
Rotate clockwise to increase the pressure of closing. Rotate anticlockwise to decrease
the pressure of closing.
The following steps are recommended by the manufacturer. These operations must be
performed only by trained technicians authorized by the manufacturer.
Replacement of the water loading filter
Cleaning Y brass filter downstream of the radiator
EV4 cleaning
Fan cleaning
Control integrity of the pneumatic circuit
Control integrity of the electric circuit
Control thermal insulation of the chamber
Control tightening screws
Safety valve check
State of tank check

Regional/national regulations fix the mandatory of autoclave validation that checks
sterilization parameters. Periodic validation must always be performed by trained
technicians using appropriate measurement instruments. In the case of non-mandatory,
validation is a voluntary operation which aims to certify that the autoclave is fully functional
and fit for sterilization of loads for which it was designed and built.
