NOTE: using water with concentrations higher than the one indicated on the present table
can reduce considerably the autoclave life causing serious damages to theirs components
and causing the warranty void!
NOTA : Every 5 cycles completely empty the autoclave.
8.2
Carico materiali in autoclave
Thanks to the particular characteristics, each cycle of the autoclave ensures the proper
drying of the load to be sterilized. It's very important to follow these guidelines for loading
the material to achieve optimum results.
Place the holder in a horizontal position respect to the support plane of the machine.
Arranging the materials to be sterilized on the provided trays, as follows:

Sterilization cycle
1. Press the button 13 to switch on the autoclave.
2. Open the door turning the lever 04 forward and sliding to the left.
3. Fill the water tank (see details in section 8.1)
4. Press the button 12 to load water in chamber.
· do not superpose the materials
· arrange the wrapped materials with the paper side facing
upwards
· never bring the materials into contact with the sterilization
chamber or the autoclave door
· put scissors and dental forceps with blades open
· when possible, disassemble instruments before placing them in
an autoclave
.
· avoid the use of lubricants, unless absolutely necessary (in case
of water-repellent products, or that prevent the permeation of
steam, it reduces the drying process also leading to inadequate
sterilization).
