To use the tool, accomplish the following:
1. Connect the tool to
the proper power
supply. A red LED
light (RDC4092) will
indicate when power
is being supplied
(Fig. 1).
2. The magnet
(RDC4054) is turned
on and off using the
magnet switch
(RDC4091). Either
the red or the green
LED lights
(RDC4093) will
illuminate depending
on the material
thickness (Fig. 1).
2.1 The green LED light indicates optimum adhesion has been
achieved.
2.2 The red LED light indicates optimum adhesion has not been
achieved.
Warning! If red LED is illuminated it indicates optimum adhesion
not achieved. Drilling operation is still available.
3. Press the green motor switch (RDA4051) to turn the motor on (Fig. 1).
4. For cutting operations, use the CutSmart™ Technology array board
panel (RDC4099) to ensure you aren't using too much force (Fig 2).
4.1 The first three
indicator lights on
the array board
are the green
zone (Fig. 2-1).
When in this
range, you are
receiving optimum performance.
