WARRANTY

Alice's Garden guarantees all parts of your smoker to be free from defects in workmanship and mate-
rials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase by the consumer.
•
If a part proves to be defective during the warranty period, your only and exclusive solution shall be
the repair or replace the defective part in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by Alice's
Garden After Sales Service.
•
The implementation of the Alice's Garden (WALIBUY) warranty is carried out by replacing the da-
maged parts.
•
This warranty does not apply in case of abuse, mishandling or unauthorised repair.
•
Our devices are intended for private and personal use, professional use would automatically invalidate
all guarantees.
LIST OF EXCLUSIONS FROM THE GUARANTEE
•
Damage, failures or defects which are attributable to external causes.
•
Breakdowns resulting from modification of the construction and original characteristics of the ap-
pliance.
•
Breakdowns affecting parts that do not conform to those made by the manufacturer.
•
Adjustments are accessible to the beneficiary without dismantling the appliance.
•
The costs of commissioning, cleaning and testing not resulting from guarantee covered damage.
•
Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions.
•
Repairs and damage suffered by the appliance after a repair carried out by anyone other than a
repairer from our workshops, or without prior agreement from us.
•
Makeshift or temporary repairs as well as the consequences of any aggravation of the damage
resulting from them.
•
Damage due to corrosion or oxidation.
