READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
• Read the following assembly instructions carefully before assembling and using this product. If you
are assembling this product for someone else, please pass this document on to them for future use.
• The smokehouse must be installed on a stable horizontal support before use
• For your safety, do not light the smoker using liquid fuel or firelighters. Before using it for the first
time, place the charcoal grate on the bottom of the smoker, fill the tank with charcoal, and light it to
allow it to burn for at least 30 minutes.
• The tank has been designed to hold 0,8kg (1,76lbs) standard charcoal. Do not use logs for your
smoker
• In order to prevent any harm (cut, burn,etc.), it is strongly advised to use security gloves when as-
sembling the smoker, and using it (especially around the handles).
WARNING!
• WARNING! It is prohibited to use the smoker with the hood/cover open.
• WARNING! This smoker will become very hot. Do not move it during use.
• WARNING! Do not use in closed rooms!
• WARNING! Do not use this smoker unless all parts are in place.
• WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or re-lighting!
• WARNING! Do not leave the smoker within the reach of children and pets.
• WARNING! Be careful with sharp edges. Every effort has been made in the manufacture of the
smoker to detect and remove sharp points/edges. However, you must handle all parts carefully to
avoid any risk of injury.
• WARNING! Before starting to cook, wait for a layer of ash to cover the fuel. Do not place food on
the grill until there are embers.
• WARNING! For outdoor use only.
• WARNING! Do not use the smoker in strong winds!
• WARNING! Use suitable utensils with long, heat-resistant handles.
The warranty only covers the replacement of parts that prove to be defective under normal use
and maintenance and which, after examination are found to be defective by Alice's Garden
