Clean the tray after every use. When removing the tray,
use care when tipping it so that the contents do not
spill.

The griddle plate and its grease tray are dishwasher
safe.
After cooling, pour the grease into a grease-resistant
container for disposal.
Cooking on the Griddle
1.
Turn the knob to the appropriate cooking temperature
to preheat the griddle.
2.
Preheat until the griddle light goes off.
3.
Add butter, margarine, oil or shortening if desired.
