Incorporation in explosive environments
Classification according to the directive 2014/34/UE (ATEX)
These nozzles have to be considered as components intended to be built-in in devices.
They do not include any proper potential source of ignition.
Under the express condition to be installed according to the Installation instructions below, they can be used in devices comp-
lying with the following classification:
- Group
: II
- Category
: 2
- ATEX group : GD
- ATEX nature : IIB

Installation instructions

These nozzles should only be installed and used by professional who have been trained to the standards, regulations and
directives concerning the installations under pressure as well as the imposition of the directive 2014/34/UE (ATEX).
During the installation of this nozzle, it is particularly necessary to
n
check the compatibility of the selected hoses and components with the use as well as the applicable standards and
l
directives.
assemble these components according to the code of practice and if necessary to the instructions of their respective
l
manufacturers.
Before putting into service, carry out the test of resistance to the pressure and check the leak tightness of the final
n
installation according to the applicable texts and of the assembly instructions, page 5.
After installation, re-connection and periodically maintenance
n
check the right electrical continuity between the different components.
l
check the right earthing of the final system.
l
Repair / Maintenance
During repairs and maintenance, the nozzles must only be removed by professionals who have also been trained to
n
the standards, regulations and directives concerning the installations under pressure as well as the imposition of the
directive 2014/34/UE (ATEX).
For repair, the nozzles have to be sent back to Stäubli.
n
At their return, they must be fitted back into the final installation according to the instructions of the para. "Installation
n
instructions".
WARANTY
The NGV refuelling nozzles sold by Stäubli are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 1 year from date of delivery.
Stäubli commit to the customer to remedy any malfunction caused by a design fault, by material defects or by manufacturing faults and to replace free of charge any items
recognised by Stäubli as being defective within the following limitations:
Stäubli accept under this guarantee only the parts and labour costs and do not accept the repair of any other damage.

Without prejudicing the general terms and conditions of sale, this guarantee excludes:
n
any damage resulting from inappropriate use and / or use not in conformity with the operating instructions as well as any damage caused by accidents, negligence or
-
inappropriate use;
any items that have not been maintained or installed or used according to Stäubli operating instructions;
-
any item that has been repaired by a third party and / or fitted with non-approved spare parts and / or parts modified by the customer;
-
any damage caused by brutal force, by negligence or by lack of maintenance or customer supervision;
-
any damage caused by external forces such as fire, water damage, knocks, dropping or presence of foreign bodies inside the part.
-
any travel costs and time incurred by the Stäubli technician visiting the customer's site.

RESPONSABILITY
Stäubli will not be responsible for any consequential loss or commercial or moral prejudice caused directly or indirectly by failure of the product supplied by Stäubli.
Stäubli also decline any responsibility for damage caused by failure of the product supplied by Stäubli to items destined for use on the customer's site.
