AUTOMATIC OVEN CLEANING – PYROLYSIS
This function allows automatic cleaning of the oven interior and the deep and shallow
baking tray, by means of high temperature that incinerates the fat residues and other
impurities to reduce them to ashes.
During the pyrolysis process, food and fat residues may ignite. Therefore, remove any
visible dirt and food residues from the oven interior before starting the program.
Depending on the model: There are three available cleaning intensity levels.
The more stubborn the dirt, the higher level should be selected.
Only cleaning intensity may be selected. The time is fixed and depends on the
selected intensity level
Before pyrolytic cleaning, remove all equipment from the oven
(including the telescopic
guides).
In the main menu
select Extras and
Pyrolysis. Confirm
your selection by
pressing the KNOB.
Select the desired
cleaning intensity
level.
