SELECTING ADDITIONAL
FEATURES
Some functions are not available with some systems; an acoustic signal sounds in such
cases.
Pyrolysis
This function allows automatic cleaning of the oven interior by high
temperature that incinerates the fat residues and other impurities
to reduce them to ashes. When the automatic cleaning program
is completed and the oven has cooled down, you only need to
wipe the oven cavity clean with a damp cloth.

Cleaning /Aqua clean
This program makes it easier to remove any stains from inside the
oven. (See chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.)
Defrost
In this mode, the air circulates without any heaters operating.
Only the fan is operating.
It is used for slow defrosting of frozen food (cakes, pastry, bread
and rolls, and deep-frozen fruit).
Halfway through the defrost time, the pieces should be turned
over, stirred and separated if they were frozen together.
Warming
Use this function to keep the prepared dishes at the desired
temperature. You can set the temperature and the time.
Turn the KNOB and
select Extras in the
main menu. Confirm
your selection. The
additional functions
menu is displayed.
