distribute the goods so as not to disturb flow of the refrigerated air (Rif. 22)
The refrigerated cabinet is meant to preserve the temperature of the product
displayed and not to lower it. The food products must be introduced into the
cabinet only if already cooled down to their respective preservation
temperatures.
Respect the position of the shelves as indicated, modification causes
cabinet malfunctioning (Rif. 1).
DO NOT introduce products that have been heated.
Do not load the roof of the cabinet with boxes, packages, or other (Rif.
16)
It is the Client's responsibility to check that all the operations be
performed safely and in accordance to the norms in force.
The maximum admissible load on the decks is 160 kg/m
the tank.
To avoid that goods slide off the tilted decks, always use the containment side
panels.
First use up the goods that have been stored in the unit the longest before
adding new arrivals (food stock rotation);
15.Defrosting and water drainage (Rif. 23)
The line of Chester 2 RTB refrigerated cabinets comes with a standard feature of a
defrosting system with simple stop (by stopping the refrigeration cycle).
It is possible to request the optional feature of an electrical defrosting system (the
defrosting takes place via stop of the refrigeration cycle and the use of an armoured
electrical heater in the evaporator).
15_1.Water drainage:
To evacuate the defrost water you must:
provide a drain to ground with a slight slope;
install the syphon supplied between the drain pipe of the cabinet and the
connection to ground.
Hermetically seal the floor drain area in order to avoid: bad odours inside the
cabinet, dispersion of refrigerated air, and the possible malfunction of the cabinet
due to humidity.
Periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a
qualified installer.
16.Lighting
Internal lighting of the unit is obtained through fluorescent OSRAM type lights. The light
switch is beside the light fixture.
To increase energetic saving, the cabinet can be requested with low
consumption LED lights that allow:
reduced lighting consumption
reduced refrigerated load
duration of the lights for more than 6 years
uniform lighting intensity and colour
improvement of the lighting as temperature drops.
If the shelving positions are changed, the power supply sockets no longer
used must be closed with the caps supplied with the unit (Rif. 24)
DO NOT leave the sockets uncovered. Risk of electrocution.
