in the country of installation. At any rate, always use adequate equipment and clothing,
such as: anti-injury boots, protection gloves, spirit level.
The cabinet has been designed to exclusively operate in indoor environments.
For the installation, adhere to the following:
carefully examine the installation area, eliminating any danger to the operator;
Do not position the cabinet:
in environments where explosive gaseous substances are present;
in open air and therefore subjected to atmospheric agents;
near heat sources (direct sunlight, heating systems, incandescence lamps, etc.)
near air currents (near doors, windows, air-conditioning systems, etc.) that exceed
a speed of 0.2 m/sec.
1 - remove the wooden supports at the base (used for transport)
2 - mount the adjustable feet (Rif. 1)
3 - position the feet in a way to make the cabinet horizontal
4 - use a spirit level (Rif. 1) to check the position.
Before connecting the cabinet to the electrical line, make sure that the rating plate data
matches the characteristics of the electrical system to which the cabinet must be
attached.
For a correct operation of the cabinet, the room temperature and relative humidity must
not exceed the limits relative to climatic class 3 (+25°C; R.H. 60%) established by the
norms EN-ISO 23953 - 2 with which the counter has been tested.
The cabinet must be assembled in a position tilted toward the wall by at least
10 mm (Rif. 1)
If the cabinet is displaced, re-check its levelling; an incorrect levelling
compromises operation of the cabinet.
The cabinet must be levelled both at the front and at the back.
Install a maximum of 3 cabinets in channel on the same electrical and
refrigerant power supply line (1 master + 2 slaves)
11.Electrical connection (Rif. 27) - specialized technician -
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
The electrical system must have a grounding connection!
The systems must be set up in accordance to the norms that regulate
manufacture, installation, use, and maintenance foreseen by the norms in
force in the country where the cabinet is installed.
ARNEG Spa rejects any responsibility toward the user and third parties for
damages caused by breakdowns or malfunctions of the systems arranged
upstream of the cabinet and for damages to the cabinet that stem from causes
directly ascribable to an electrical system malfunction.
The cabinet must be protected upstream with an automatic, omnipolar
magneto-thermal switch having adequate characteristics and which will serve
as the main line disconnecting switch.
It is the Client's responsibility to arrange the electrical power supply line up to the point
of connection to the cabinet.
Sizing of the electrical power supply line must be performed in accordance to the
power absorbed by the cabinet (see Technical Data).
Remove all metallic objects worn: rings, watches, bracelets, earrings, etc.
Consult the wiring diagrams before performing the connection.
Check that power supply voltage is the one reported on the rating plate.
Instruct the operator on the position of the master switch so that it may be timely
reached in case of an EMERGENCY.
