d) Temperature display
When the appliance stops, temperature decrease is normal, it is caused by the re-
lease of heat. The system starts automatically, when it reaches a certain tempera-
ture.
During water heating, the water temperature displayed may decrease or it may
not increase due to heat exchange of the water for a while. When the tank has ful-
ly reached the pre-set temperature, the appliance stops automatically.
Malfunctioning
The water output is
cold. The display is dark.
No hot water coming from the
outlet.
Water leakage.
1) Water temperature display
1.a) The water temperature data displayed relates to the water in the upper part
of the tank (above 2/3) that you actually use, instead of the entire water quan-
tity stored..
1.b) During water use, the temperature of the lower part of the water may de-
crease, while the temperature of the upper part is still high. In this case, the
appliance starts the heating of the lower part. This is normal.
2) Troubleshooting
In case of defective operation, the appliance may display the following error
codes.

• Check if there is mains power
supply.
• The water output may be set at
a low temperature.
• The outlet water temperature
controller is damaged.
• The indicator circuit is damaged.
• The tap water is not connected.
• The water pressure is too low.
• The inlet valve is closed.
• The joints of pipelines are not
perfectly sealed.
Solutions
Set a higher value for the outlet
water temperature.
Contact a professional.
Normal operation will start as
soon as water is supplied. Use it
when the water pressure too high.
Open the internal inlet valve.
Check and fi x all the joints.
