Start/Stop
Use the START/STOP button to start and stop a programme.

The LOAF (bread size) button allows a choice between two bread sizes in
the baking programmes 1–4: SMALL = 750 g, LARGE = 1,000 g. The pro-
gramme lengths are adjusted in accordance with the amount of dough used.

Time (/)
Use the buttons (/) to choose a delay time after which a selected pro-
gramme should start. This is possible for programmes 1–5, 8 and 9. Each time
you press the or keys, the delay is adjusted up or down by 10 minutes.
The maximum delay is 13 hours.
6)
Use the COLOR button to select the degree of browning. In the pro-
grammes 1–7 and also 11 and 12, you can choose between three browning
levels: LIGHT, MEDIUM and DARK.
7)
Use the MENU button to select from one of the twelve programmes from
the programme list (1) on the right and left of the display.
