6.3. Maintenance
•Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself.
• This device contains no user-serviceable parts.
• Removing one of the covers may expose you to dangerous voltages.
• Switching off the power supply is not sufficient to protect you from electric shocks (capacitors).
• If you notice any abnormal noises, odoUrs or smoke coming from the unit, disconnect the power supply and contact your installer.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the unit from the power supply.
• Do not use strong cleaning fluids or solvents to clean the unit.
• Do not use a pressure washer to clean the air vents. You risk damaging the recovery core and allowing water to enter the electrical circuits.

7. WARRANTY

7.1. General Warranty Conditions
Please refer to the general sales conditions on www.aldes-na.com. The system must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with good practice,
current standards and our instructions. The system must be operated normally and regularly maintained by a specialist.
7.2. Warranty Period
The product is covered by a 2-year parts warranty (excluding labour). The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase of the product, as evidenced by the
invoice.
7.3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any installation failure resulting from non-compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations, including lack of drainage,
non-compliance with current standards and regulations, or lack of maintenance.
7.4. After-Sales Service
In the event of a problem, please contact your installer or dealer. This product must not be disposed of with household waste.
At the end of its life or when it is replaced, it must be handed over to a dealer or collection centre.

Check that the product has been started for the first time

If the product is not equipped with an RH sensor, deactivate the entry in the installer menu:
Installer > Connectivity > HR sensor > Deactivate. If the product is equipped with a faulty sensor, replace the
sensor.
Check remote control characteristics and correct connection. Disconnect the remote control, disconnect the unit,
then reconnect the remote control and the unit.
Check if its value is out of line with the situation. If so, replace remote control.
Check Ibus Port wiring.
Check that sensor temperature values are consistent and within defrost strategy values.
Reinstall internal coil on the correct side.
Check wiring of post-heating coil and temperature sensor.
Check that the number of fire dampers is set to 0 in the remote control menu if you have not connected any.

- Switch off the power supply for 30 minutes, then switch it on again.
- Check motor wiring
- Change motors
- Check sensor location
- Replace temperature sensors
