Baked rice
• In a pot with a table spoon of olive oil, fry the pieces of chicken
and add chopped turnips.
• Once golden, add 400ml of water. When it starts to boil add
the chickpeas, saffron and salt and cook for 30 minutes.
• Preheat the fryer to 200 °C.
• In a clay pot, according to our air fryer bucket size, place the
rice, a piece of sausage, a tomato cut in two, garlic to taste and
the ingredients that we have used to make the broth (chicken,
turnip and chickpeas). Next, add the broth to cook, twice as
much broth as rice.
• Place the clay pot in the fryer bucket and set the timer for
about 45 minutes at a temperature of 200º C. Check every 10-
15 minutes until the rice absorbs the broth.
Meatballs
• In a wide and deep container, mix the two types of minced meat, the
egg, the garlic and the minced parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• In another smaller container, soak the sliced bread with the milk.
• Drain and mix with the meat. If the mixture is too soft add a little
of flour or breadcrumbs and form the meatballs.
• Preheat the fryer to 200 °C.
• Put the meatballs in a clay pot the size of the bucket of our JOCCA
fryer and cover the meatballs with tomato sauce. Put the clay pot in the
fryer basket and set the timer for 20 minutes at 180º C.
