Wrap pizzas
• For this recipe you will need a fine wrap dough or wheat pancakes cut in the
shape of the bucket, tomato sauce, the toppings that you like the most and of
course, cheese for a perfect recipe.
• Preheat the fryer to 180 °C.
On a pancake, add a generous spoonful of tomato sauce and spread.
For this recipe we have selected these ingredients: mozzarella, leek, onion, ham or
bacon, black olives and basil leaves.
• Drain the mozzarella well, cut it in half and distribute it in small pieces over the
tomato sauce. You can use grated mozzarella if you prefer. Add ham (or meat to
taste), black olives and some leek and onion rings. Spray the pizza with extra virgin
olive oil.
• Put it in the fryer for 15 minutes with the parchment paper on the bottom of the
tray grid, it will help you to remove it later. Check at 10 minutes to calculate the
point of the pizza to your liking. To finish, add some basil leaves.
Provolone cheese
with tomato
• Use a clay pot that fits inside the bucket of the air fryer preferably and
leave the ingredients out of the fridge, so they are at room temperature.
• Preheat the fryer to 180 °C.
• In the clay pot, add a generous layer of diced tomatoes or tomato sauce
in the bottom along with vegetables of your taste in slices. Add provolone
cheese trying not to put in contact with the bottom of the pan to prevent it
from sticking. Sprinkle spices to taste. The most suitable are Provence herbs
(oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil). You can add fresh chilli or chilli powder
for a spicy touch.
• Put in the fryer for about 10 minutes. When you see that it begins to melt,
you can raise the temperature for a few extra minutes to brown the surface.
• Remove the pot from the fryer and serve on a plate.
