The device must always be switched off when it is not being used

and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning the device.
Only ever charge up the rechargeable battery using the charg-
■
ing station and the mains adapter supplied with the device. Do
not use the charging station or mains adapter supplied with the
device to charge up any other devices / batteries.
Never immerse the device, charging station, mains adapter and
■
the turbo nozzle in water or other liquids and ensure that they
cannot fall into water or become wet.
Do not make any modifi cations to the device. If the device, the
■
charging station, the mains adapter or the turbo nozzle of the de-
vice are damaged, they must be replaced by the manufacturer,
customer service department or a specialist workshop in order
to avoid any hazards.
DANGER – Danger of Electric Shock from Water!
■ Only use and store the device in enclosed areas. Do not operate the device in rooms
with high humidity.
■ If you use the device for cleaning the inside of a car, make sure that it is not exposed
to rain or moisture.
■ Never touch the device, the charging station, the mains adapter and the turbo nozzle
with wet hands.
WARNING – Danger of Electric Shock from Damage and
Inappropriate Use!
■ Only connect the mains adapter to a socket, whose mains voltage complies with the
data on the name plate. The socket must also be easily accessible after the mains
adapter has been connected. Only use proper extension cords, whose technical
data correspond to those of the mains adapter.
■ Remove the mains adapter from the plug socket if a fault occurs during operation or
before a thunderstorm.
■ Always check the device and accessories for damage before putting them into oper-
ation. Do not use them if they are damaged!
■ Turn the device off in the event of damages / faults (e.g. unusual noises, formation of
odour or smoke) or if liquids are vacuumed up. Before using the device again, have
it checked by a qualifi ed workshop.
WARNING – Risk of Injuries!
■ Danger of Suffocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging ma-
terial.
■ Danger of strangulation! Make sure that the mains adapter is always kept out of
the reach of small children and animals.
