• The app is not working correctly. Close the app and restart it.
• The Wi-Fi network connected to the weather station through the app is not available/disabled. En-
able Wi-Fi network and restart the app.
• The Wi-Fi network used does not meet the technical requirements (see "Technical Data"), which
limits the use with this device. Choose a Wi-Fi network that meets the technical requirements. Per-
form the setup through the app again (see next point).
• Wi-Fi network connection setup was not successful. Perform the setup through the app again:
1. Tap on <Device> in the app menu.
2. Tap on <Reconfigure> under "My device".
3. Tap on <Next> under "Location" and run through the setup process again (see chapter "Configura-
tion / Setting up a WIFI connection"). Make sure that the password for the Wi-Fi connection is
entered correctly.
The weather data from the weather station is not transmitted to the app.
• The app is not working correctly. Close the app and restart it.
• A Wi-Fi connection could not be established. See the procedure above.
No temperature and humidity readings are shown on the display.
• The radio connection to the corresponding sensor is disturbed. Press the UP/CH key for about 3
seconds to re-establish the radio connection. If necessary, also reduce the distance between base
station and radio sensor.
• If connection problems persist, disconnect the base station and radio sensor(s) from the power
supply and reconnect the power supply.

26 Disposal

Dispose of the packaging materials properly, according to their type, such as paper or card-
board. Contact your local waste-disposal service or environmental authority for information
on the proper disposal.
Do not dispose of electronic devices in the household garbage!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equip-
ment and its transposition into national law, used electrical equipment must be collected sep-
arately and recycled in an environmentally sound manner.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are
legally obliged to return used batteries and accumulators and can return the batteries after use
either in our sales outlet or in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in the trade or in municipal collection
points) free of charge.
Batteries and accumulators are marked with a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol of
the pollutant, "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Hg" stands for mercury and "Pb" stands for lead.
