Causes CVT damage:

Note:
Low gear is the preferred transmission gear selection for following situation:

Constant driving at speed lower than 19 mph (30 km/h)�
▪
Driving in level ground with cargo load or towing load higher than 584 lb. (265 kg)
▪
Driving in rough or muddy ground with cargo load or towing load higher than 430 lb. (195 kg).
