Introduction
Purpose
Describes the necessary steps to replace the base and the magnetics assembly in the Powermax30.
Tools and materials needed
 Assorted Phillips ® and TORX
 Blade screwdriver
 Needle nose pliers
 Pins, wires, or swabs with a 0.23 cm (0.092 inch) diameter
 8 mm (5/16 inch) nut driver

Replacement transformers and inductors (the magnetics) for the Powermax30 are only
available as a complete assembly with the components already mounted on a metal base
plate. You cannot replace individual components.
