If the agar has run onto the cross, it is vital to clean the cross after the cycle and to dismantle it


Cleaning

It is recommended to clean the device fully on a daily basis by dusting it and washing with hot water and
alcohol at 70°C.
You will have to remove the carousel and cross using the following procedure:

Switch the device off.

Remove the altuglas lid

Remove the carousel's tightening handle.

Remove the carousel from its shaft, by pulling it upwards. The easiest way to do this is by holding it with
one hand at the bottom and the other hand at the top.

Next, remove the cross's tightening handle (Fig. 1), and then the cross itself.

Once you have removed the cross, remove the plate (Fig. 3 )
14-
Wash the device and all its components using hot water and alcohol at 70°C.
