Make sure to always have several sets of hoses available. Three hoses are delivered with the device (ref.:).
After each cycle, rinse the hoses immediately in hot water, to prevent the agar blocking the hose.


Lubrication

Fixed plate


To make it easier to slide the dishes onto the fixed plate, lubricate the plate with a liquid silicone spray (type KF 6102)
every 2 months.

Sliding plate


If using Petri dishes that leave a white deposit - in addition to the general daily cleaning, you will have to lubricate the
sliding plate at least twice a month

Maintenance



UV lamp (ref.: )


The UV lamp must be changed after every 400 hours of use.
•
Switch the device off.
•
Open the altuglas lid.
•
Turn the lamp a quarter turn and pull it upwards to remove.
•
Insert the replacement lamp by repeating this action in reverse.

Silicone connection


The silicone connection, located on the pump rotor during the dispensing operation, must be changed after every 100
hours of use in order to guarantee a regular volume and flow rate.
