o Place a petri dish at the position 3 (filling position) (the bottom should stand on the black plastic disk
and the lid at the top of the transfer disk,
•
Close the UV protection altuglass lid (very important) – make sure that the UV lamp is on,
•
On the touch screen, press on" WITH dishes" key – the LED of the front panel flash green once to confirm the
acquisition of the signals,
•
Remove all the dishes,
•
Close the UV protection altuglass lid (very important) – make sure that the UV lamp is on,
•
On the touch screen, press on "WITHOUT dishes"- the LED of the front panel should flash green twice to
confirm the acquisition of the signals and the calibration success,
Notice: the acquisition order WITH or WITHOUT dishes is not important. The single green flash is made after the
first acquisition, and the double flash after the second one and the calibration calculation, it doesn't matter which
way it has been performed.
