Temperature probe calibration


the manufacturer strongly recommends calibrating the temperature probe once a
year.
•
Fill the vessel of 10 liters of water
•
Close the lid
•
Remove the sampling cap from the lid
•
Insert reference temperature probe (42 cm long probe with specific
adapter)
•
Launch a cycle with a program at 121°C of 15 min speed 4 for the first
step and 42°C speed 7 for the second step
•
Read the displayed temperature of the MEDIAWEL during the first step
(after 5 min of stability at 121°C) and read the one of the reference
thermometer at the same time and write them down
•
Read the displayed temperature of the MEDIAWEL during the second step (after 5 min of stability
at 42°C) and read the one of the reference thermometer at the same time and write them down
•
Stop the cycle
