Dish loading and unloading carousel.
This carousel comprises 9 columns.
It can contain up to 320 dishes distributed among 8
columns; the ninth column is always left empty to enable
dish transfer
Altuglas lid.
The lid protects the dishes on the cross
Peristaltic pump.
The pump ensures a constant dosage volume.
Touchscreen.
An on-screen question & answer list provides a
convivial, user-friendly method of carrying our
operations or programming.
Dish transfer cross
The empty, and then filled, Petri dishes are transported on
a mechanically driven cross powered by a stepper motor
The loading piston.
This piston lifts full dishes above the 2 tabs that secure the
filled dish stack.
UV lamp.
Used to provide a sterile atmosphere for open dishes.
Dispensing nozzle.
The dispensing hose is fixed on this nozzle.
