Press the arrow to prime the pump n°1. Once the tube filled, press the green button, the calibration screen
appears :
Press the green button to continue without calibration, or press the arrow to calibrate the pump n°1.Use a
measuring cylinder or a scale to compare the dispensed to the set up volume.
Enter the measured volume, and do it again if necessary.
Once correct, press the green button to validate, the following screen appears.
Be careful: pump n°1 is indicated, but it concerns pump n°2 (blood pump).
BEFORE PRIMING PUMP N°2, CLAMP THE MEDIA TUBE JUST BEFORE THE T-CONNECTOR ENTRY (see below
scheme), AND OPEN PUMP N°1 TO ALLOW THE PRIMING.
