Select one of the following fastening methods:

Direct fastening
from above through the
gripper and the
through−holes
1. Press two centring sleeves dia. 9x4 into the fitting holes of the gripper.
2. Place the gripper with the centring sleeves on the connecting surface.
3. Tighten the fastening screws evenly:
M6 for direct fastening from below/adapter plates with tightening torque 10 Nm
M5 for direct fastening from above (through−hole) with tightening torque 6 Nm
M4 for direct fastening from above (through−hole) with tightening torque 3 Nm

Note
If used in safety−relevant applications, additional measures are necessary. In
Europe, for example, the standards in the EC machinery directive must be
observed.
Without additional measures in accordance with legally specified minimum
requirements, the product is not suitable as a safety relevant component in
control systems.
