Requirements of use

Warning
Unexpected fast−moving masses can cause injury to people or damage to
property (danger of fingers being crushed).
S When first applying power to the drive motor, keep speed and torque low.
Note
Malfunctions will occur if the device is not used correctly.
S Ensure that the specifications in this chapter are always observed.
Compare the maximum values specified in these operating instructions with

those of your actual application (e. g. forces, torques, temperatures, masses,
speeds).
The product can only be operated in compliance with the relevant safety
regulations if the maximum loading limits are observed.
Take into consideration the ambient conditions at the location of use.

Corrosive elements in the environment (e. g. ozone) will reduce the service life of
the product.
Always comply with national and local safety laws and regulations.

Remove transport packaging such as foil and cardboard. The packing is in
S
tended for recycling (except for oiled paper, which should be disposed of as
general waste).
Unauthorized product modification is not permitted.

Observe the warnings and instructions on the product and in the relevant
S
operating instructions.
Take the tolerance of the tightening torques into account. Unless specified
S
otherwise the tolerance is ±20 %.
