Preparing commissioning

Warning
Unexpected fast−moving masses can cause
injury to people or damage to property
(danger of fingers being crushed).
S Make sure that:
Nobody can place his/her hand in the
path of the HGPLE (e.g. by providing a
protective crate)
There are no objects obstructing the
positioning path.

S Carry out the initial startup of the drive system with homing and low torques and
masses.
A low speed for homing is specified in the motor controller (1 ... max. 10 mm/s).

Carrying out commissioning

Start the machine up in one of the following ways:
S
on the control panel of motor controller SFC−DC in accordance with the
instructions or
with the Festo Configuration Tool (FCT) and its help system on your PC.
