5.5 - ALARMS DURING RUNNING
During the oven's running some alarms can appear
due to break or overheating; these alarms are visuali-
zed on the display.
5.5.a - Damaged or disconnected temperature de-
tector alarm
When these alarms are activated the following appears
on the display:
•
Feeding to resistances is automatically interrupted.
•
Turn the oven off and address technical service.
5.5.b - Belt motor alarm
When this alarm is activated, it means that the belt mo-
tor is facing problems; the belt is still and the following
appears on the display:

5.5.c - Overheating alarm
This alarm is activated when the temperature of the
oven is higher than 430°;
The following appears on the display:
AL4

Feeding to resistances is automatically interrupted.
•
Turn the oven off and address technical service.
5.6 - TURNING OFF (Fig.6)
• At the end of the working day, turn the oven off by
pressing
(1) button .
• Belt rotation stops and resistances turn off, but the
fan continues running until the temperature inside the
oven reaches 60°C.
• As the oven is turned on once again, it turns on with
the data set at the moment it has been turned off.
Do not disconnect the switch positioned in the upper
part of the machine as long as the fan is running.
