5.1 - CONTROL BOARD (Fig. 1)
The following controls are positioned on the machine:
1. Display
It visualizes the temperature of the oven and, during
data setting phase, the temperature to be set, as well
as cooking time.
2. Timer
When pressed, it visualizes the established cooking
time on the display; by acting on (3) and (4) buttons,
it is possible to set cooking time from minimum 30
seconds to maximum 30 minutes with steps of 0.1
min.
If cooking time equal to "0" minutes is set, the belt does
not start running.
3. Increase button
When pressed, it allows to increase the value to be
set.
4. Decrease button
When pressed, it allows to decrease the value to be
set.
5. Temperature
When pressed, it visualizes the established tempe-
rature on the display; acting on (3) or (4) buttons it
is possible to modify the temperature.
The temperature to be set can vary from 20°C to
400°C.
6. Ceiling resistances
Selection switch with three positions min - 0 - max.
When set on min or max, the relevant light lightens
indicating that resistances have been activated on
the oven's top (ceiling).
7. Bedplate resistances
Selection switch with three positions min - 0 - max
When set on min or max, the relevant light lightens
indicating that resistances have been activated on
the oven's bedplate.
8. ON/OFF Button
When pressed, it starts the functioning of both oven
and fan.
