Hydraulical connection
•
The two hydraulic hoses (for opening and closing the device) on the carrier must be screwed onto
the two hydraulic connections on the valve block of the device (VZ-H-UNI).
•
A second control circuit is necessary if a rotating motor is integrated at the VZ-H-UNI.
•
In accordance with the enclosed hydraulic wiring diagram a unblockable non-return valve is built
into the (VZ-H-UNI) circuit to prevent, that the kerb stone does not fall down, loss of pressure.
•
Is there only one (two) hydraulic circuit on the lifting apparatus, you can split one of the circuits by
using a electromagnetic valve ELMV.
•
The hydraulic hoses must be free of breaks and abrasion. Take care that there are no outstanding
edges, where the hoses could hook in.

A faultless and reliable in operation function of the device (VZ-H-UNI-BV) is ensured, if the
following values are adjusted.

To avoid disorders and failed functions it is absolute necessary, for every commissioning of the
device
(VZ-H-UNI), to check the correct connection of the hydraulic hoses!
