A powder jet accidentally directed into the eye can cause severe ocular injury. Therefore it is strongly recommended for all persons to wear eye
protection during treatment.
To limit the risk of bacterial or viral infections and inhalation of powder, we recommend that the dentist and hygienist wear gloves, protective glasses
and a safety mask of protection.
The contact lenses or glasses of the patient may get dirty during the treatment. We recommend to take them off.
The nozzle should never be pointed toward the patient before, during or after operation.
