INSTALLAZIONE
MONTAGGIO DEL DISPOSITIVO
• Prima di installare il Tecnohelp "S" sulla macchina, mon-
tare il Piede Stabilizzatore (M) in dotazione al dispositivo,
nell'angolo posteriore sinistro in basso, per rendere per-
fettamente stabile lo smontagomme (fig.2).
• Tutti i cassoni delle macchine automatiche sono pre-
disposti con n°5 fori (R) nella parte posteriore sinistra,
coincidenti con quelli del dispositivo (fig.2).
• Posizionare la struttura portante del Tecnohelp "S", assi-
curandosi che le superfici della staffa siano perfettamente
combacianti con quelle dell'angolo posteriore sinistro del
cassone (fig.2).
• Fissare la struttura portante al cassone usando n°5 viti
TE MA 10x30mm, n°10 rondelle bisellate di 10mm. Serrare
con 5 dadi 6S MA 10mm in dotazione.
• Fissare il braccio mobile (B) al supporto interponen-
do, tra braccio e supporto, n°2 rondelle di rasamento
20x45x0,3 in dotazione, con un pò di grasso (fig.3). Uti-
lizzare una vite TE MB 110mm e 2 rondelle bisellate di
20mm, da interporre tra vite e supporto dado. Serrare con
un dado autobloccante M20x1,5mm utilizzando 2 chiavi
normali di 30 fino a quando si esaurisce il gioco verticale;
il movimento orizzontale del braccio non deve risultare
difficoltoso (fig.3).
Fissare l'asta di bloccaggio (E) al braccio mobile (B) tra-
mite il perno (S) e i due seeger (fig.3).
Infilare il braccio scorrevole (G) nell'apposita sede man-
tendendo la scala graduata (H) in alto, posizionare l'appo-
sito cappellotto posteriore e serrare la vite (fig.4).

INSTALLATION
FITTING THE DEVICE
• Before fitting the Tecnohelp "S" on the machine, mount
the stabilizing foot (M) which was supplied with the de-
vice, on the left rear corner below, to perfectly stabilize
the tyre changer (fig.2).
• All the casings of automatic machines are prearranged
with 5 holes (R) on the left rear side, coinciding with
those of the device (fig.2).
• Position the bearing structure of Tecnohelp "S", whi-
le making sure that the surfaces of the stirrup perfectly
match with those of the rear left corner of the casing
(fig.2).
• Fix the supporting structure to the casing using 5 TE
MA 10x30mm screws, 10 chamfered 10mm washers, and 5
bolts 6S MA 10mm provided.
• Fit the mobil arm (B) to the support, placing 2 lightly
greased clearance washers 20x45x0,3 provided, between
the arm and support (fig.3). Use a TE MB 20x100mm screw
and 2 chamfered 20 mm washers placed between screw
and support and nut and support. Fix with a self locking
nut M20x1,5mm. Tighten with two normal 30 spanners
until there is no more vertical play and the horizontal
movement of the arm is not stiff (fig.3).
Fix the locking rod (E) to the mobile arm (B) by means of
the pin (S) and the two O-rings (fig.3).
Insert the sliding arm (G) into its seat while keeping the
graduated scale (H) lifted, fit the rear cap and tighten the
screw (fig.4).
