program, it corresponds exactly to the end of the kneading phase.
Program end: Indicates the total recipe execution time at the various browning levels. For certain
programs, the execution end can be delayed by up to 13 hours.

Programs from no.1 to no.11 carry out the various kneading, rising and baking phases autonomously.
For some of them, the intervention of the user may be necessary.
These programs cannot be used consecutively: there must be a pause (of about 30') to let the machine
cool down completely. If you want to speed up this process, move the machine to a cool, airy place.
