• Dry with a dry cloth.
When used for the first time, the machine may emit a little smoke and odour caused by possible
manufacturing residues. Perform a baking cycle, making a type of bread to be thrown out.
• Do not exceed the quantities indicated by the recipes in the recipe book, according to the mould used.
• When creating your own recipe (not in the book), bear in mind the following limits:
• loaf container: do not exceed a total of 560 g flour
• moulds for bread rolls: do not exceed a total of 320 g flour
If the bread has a filling, reduce the quantities.
• Never exceed the maximum yeast quantities shown in the table below:

• To make a loaf with smaller quantities than those given in the recipe, you are advised to select "light"
browning for a shorter baking phase. Do not reduce the quantity of ingredients by more than 20% in
order not to jeopardise the good outcome of the dough and the final result.

machine.
