1.
Bodenblech (A), Teile (B1-B3, C1-C2, D, E1-E2, G, H1-H8
& I) von der Maschine abbauen. Teile (A [falls 2 m], B1 &
C1-C2) mit Schrauben (F, V, Å)werden wiederverwendet.
Für 20-30/33 gilt:
Bodenblech (A), Teile (B1-B3, C1-C2, D, E1-E2, G,
H1-H8 & I) von der Maschine abbauen. Teile (A [falls
2 m], B1, C1-C2 & I) mit Schrauben (F, V, Å) werden
wiederverwendet.

Die Schutzteile (J, K, L & M) vom Auslaufschieber
abbauen. Diese sowie die jeweiligen Schrauben werden
wiederverwendet.
3.
Schrauben (N & T) und Teil (P) ausbauen. Die Schrauben
(T) M8x35 und die Scheiben (Q & R1-R8) werden
wiederverwendet. Bei Montage gemäß 4B (in 2 m
Fördersektion) ist auch das Verbindungsblech (O)
auszubauen, das wiederverwendet wird.
4A - Montage unter Antrieb und 1-Meter-Fördersektion
Auslaufschieber und Scheiben (Q & R1-R8) mit
Schrauben (S/T/V) M8x30/M8x35/M8x25 an den
Seiten, Schraube (F) M8x30 an der Maschinenstirnseite
und Innensechskantschraube (U) M8x25 an der
Bodenfuge montieren.
4B - Montage unter Antrieb und 2-Meter-Fördersektion
I.
Auslaufschieber und Scheiben (Q & R1-R8) mit
Schrauben (S/T) M8x30/M8x35 an den Seiten und
Schraube (F) M8x30 an der Maschinenstirnseite
montieren.
II.
Das Bodenblech (A) abschneiden und die Kanten am
wieder zu montierenden Teil (A1) entgraten. HINWEIS:
Sicherstellen, dass das Bodenblech (A1) auf die richtige
Länge zugeschnitten wird, siehe Abbildung 4B-II.
III.
2 St. versenkte Ø 8-mm-Schraublöcher für
Doppelgewindeschrauben in das abgeschnittene Ende
des Bodenblechteils (A1) bohren. Als Bohrschablone ein
am Bodenblechteil (A2) montiertes Verbindungsblech
verwenden.
IIII.
Bodenblech (A1) mit Schrauben (V/S) M8x25/M8x30 an
den Seiten und Innensechskantschraube (U) M8x25 an
den Bodenfugen montieren.
5.
Den Auslauftrichter (X) montieren, die Schrauben sind
nicht im Satz enthalten.
6.
Stützteile (C1-C2, Y, Z, Ä & Ö) mit teilweise
wiederverwendeten Schrauben (Å) M10x20 montieren.
Für 20-30/33 gilt:
Stützteile (I, C1-C2, Y1-Y2 Z & Ä) mit teilweise
wiederverwendeten Schrauben (Å) M10x16 montieren.
HINWEIS: Die Stützteile Y1 und Y2 sind identisch,
werden jedoch auf den jeweiligen Seiten der Maschine
unterschiedlich montiert.
7.
Den kleineren Abschnitt des Schutzteils (L) gemäß den
gestanzten Löchern abschneiden.
8.
Die Schutzteile (J, K, L & M) wieder einbauen.
ENG
1.
Remove the bottom plate (A), components (B1-B3,
C1-C2, D, E1-E2, G, H1-H8 & I) from the machine.
Components (A [if it is 2 m], B1 & C1-C2) with bolts (F, V,
Å) shall be re-used.
For 20-30/33:
Remove the bottom plate (A), components (B1-B3,
C1-C2, D, E1-E2, G, H1-H8 & I) from the machine.
Components (A [if 2 m], B1, C1-C2 & I) with bolts (F, V, Å)
shall be re-used.
2.
Remove the protectors (J, K, L & M) from the outlet slide.
These and their bolts shall be re-used.
3.
Remove the bolts (N & T) and detail (P). Bolts (T)
M8x35 and shims (Q & R1-R8) shall be re-used. When
assembling in accordance with 4B (in 2 m intermediate
section), also remove joining plate (O), it shall be re-used.
4A - Fitting under drive and 1-metre intermediate
section
Fit the outlet slide and shim (Q & R1-R8) with bolts
(S/T/V) M8x30/M8x35/M8x25 in the side plates, bolt
(F) M8x30 in the end of the machine and hexagonal
socket bolt (U) M8x25 in the bottom joint.
4B - Fitting under drive and 2-metre intermediate
section
I.
Fit the outlet slide and shims (Q & R1-R8) with bolts
(S/T) M8x30/M8x35 in the sides and bolt (F) M8x30 in
the machine end.
II.
Cut the bottom plate (A) and deburr the edges of part
(A1), which will be re-used. NB! Make sure the bottom
plate (A1) is cut to the correct length, see Figure 4B-II.
III.
Make 2x countersunk Ø 8 mm bolt holes for the joint
bolts in the cut end of the bottom plate (A1). Use the
joining plate fitted to the bottom plate (A2) as a hole
template.
IIII.
Fit bottom plate (A1) with bolts (V/S) M8x25/M8x30 in
the side plates and hexagonal socket bolt (U) M8x25 in
the bottom joints.
5.
Fit the outlet hopper (X), bolts are no included in the kit.
6.
Fit stay parts (C1-C2, Y, Z. Ä & Ö) with partially re-used
bolts (Å) M10x20.
For 20-30/33:
Fit stay parts (I, C1-C2, Y1-Y2 Z & Ä) with partially re-used
bolts (Å) M10x16 NB! Stay parts Y1 and Y2 are identical
but are fitted differently on each side of the machine.
7.
Cut away a small part of the protector (L) following the
punch holes.
8.
Refit the protectors (J, K, L & M).
