Important
The water input in top-up mode only hap-
pens if the temperature of the water has
reached the set value.
Automatic top-up
– Press key (G) three times, light (N) turns on.
A slow supply is had upon reaching of the set
temperature.
Quick fi lling with overfl ow
– Press key (G) four times, lights (M-P) turn on.
The cooking tank automatically fi lls up to
overfl owing level.
Quick fi lling with top-up and overfl ow
– Press key (G) fi ve times, lights (M-N-P) turn
on. The cooking tank automatically fi lls up to
maximum level with slow and constant supply
keeping the water level constant (only if the
water level drops below the minimum level).
Manual with overfl ow
– Press key (G) six times, light (P) turns on.
Continuous water input inside the cooking
tank is had.
To interrupt fi lling, press the button for a
seventh time.
Emptying
Press the key (B) to stop the cooking cycle

and deactivate the appliance. The light (R)
comes on.
Press the key (G) for automatic emptying of
2)
the cooking well. The light (Q) comes on.

Caution - Warning
After the well has emptied the drain valve
remains open. If you do not wish to proceed
with a new cooking cycle press the key (G) to
close the valve. In all cases, the drain valve
shuts automatically after 10 minutes.
Important
The water drained from the appliance must
pass through a suitable drain line, resistant
to a temperature of at least 100°C.
The steam produced when the well is drained
must not come into contact with the appli-
ance (see also connection diagram at back of
manual).
