The control panel carries the controls for activa-
tion of the main functions.
Digital display: displays the working para-

meters (cooking temperature, cooking time,
current time).
On-off key: for switching the electricity supply

to the appliance on and off .
– Green light on: appliance off
– Green light off : appliance on
Temperature setting key: used to set a tem-

perature threshold (for information on the use
of this function, see page 11).
Time setting key: used to set the cooking time

(for information on the use of this function, see
page 11).
Programs Library Key: used to select and/or

modify one of the 5 pre-set cooking programs
(for use information see page 11).
Well fi lling/emptying key: used to fi ll and/or

empty the cooking well (for information on the
use of this function, see page 12).
Proceed as follows.
Press the key (B) to stop the cooking cycle

and deactivate the appliance. The light (R)
comes on.

Press the key (D).

The value of the hours on the display (A) will
start to fl ash.
Press one of the keys (H-L) to increase or

decrease the value, until the required value is
obtained.
Press the key (D) to save the new value

The value of the minutes on the display (A)
will start to fl ash.
Press one of the keys (H-L) to increase or

decrease the value, until the required value is
obtained.
Press the key (D) to save the new value

displayed. After a few seconds the appliance
switches to stand-by mode.

Value increase key: used to increase the value
of the selected parameter.
Value decease key: used to decrease the
value of the selected parameter. In the event of
alarms, resets the alarm and stops the beeper.
